My hobbies are reading books, listening to music and watching movies. Above all things, I like watching movies. I have watched a lot of movies for a long time. What kind of movie do you like? I like action movies but my favorite movie is “The Devil Wears Prada”. I watched the movie for the first time when I was a high school student. I had wanted to watch the movie since I watched the movie’s commercial message. I went to watch the movie with my older sister. It is not action movie but the movie made me happy. I like the movie very much so I watched the movie again and again. Just, I’ll tell you “The Devil Wears Prada”.
First of all, it was one of American movies. Japanese title is “Pulada wo kita Akuma”. From the very beginning “The Devil Wears Prada” was novel which has been printed in 2003. It was written by Lauren Weisberger who served as assistant to the editor in chief. Her boss’ name was Anna Wintor then. She was well known for severe woman so it is rumored that the editor in chief of the novel was modeled on her. The movie’s director is David Frankel. He made the novel into movie. He also made “Sex and the City” and “Band of Brothers”. Both of them are very popular among young people.
The movie’s plot is as follows. Main character is Andrea Sachs who wants to be a journalist. She moved to the city for her dream but she got a job with an editorial department of “Runway” which is famous fashion magazine by luck. Number in millions girls were wishful for the job but it was more difficult than every one think. She encountered many difficulties under her despotic boss whose name was Miranda Priestly.
Next, some famous people were concerned in this movie. Two of them are Mary Louise Streep and Anne Jacqueline Hathaway. They are famous actors. Mary Louise Streep played in a lot of movies. For example, she appeared on “Mamma Mia!”, “Sophie’s Choice” and “Kramer vs. Kramer”. When she appeared on “Sophie’s Choice” and “Kramer vs. Kramer”, she received Academy Award. She also has ever received Golden Globe Awards six times. I think that she was a great actor. Anne Jacqueline Hathaway is a beautiful person. She is my favorite actor. She was introduced to film on “The Princess Diaries”. It is one of my favorite movies. When I watched it, I knew her. She is really beautiful. I think that she like a doll. She also appeared on “The Cat Returns” which is Japanese animation movie. The movie’s Japanese title is “Nekono ongaeshi”. Finally, this movie’s most enjoyment is a lot of lovely clothes. There were a lot of famous brand-name-goods in “The Devil Wears Prada” so it greatly excited a lot of girls. As you can see, “The Devil Wears Prada” is a good movie. My heart filled with joy after the movie. I really recommend this movie. If you are interested in this movie, you should get one at DVD shops.(517words)
